The property is a stunning step into an historic era. Parts of the hotel are 600 years old. Our room was modern and clean with a private patio. The staff was outstanding. Shout out to Rebecca, our server for 2 memorable meals. I’m not a spa person but the facilities were gorgeous! We really felt we booked the best hotel in the Cotswolds.

Such a clean well presented village.

Such a clean well presented village. A little quiet, however with the car and travelling around the days were soon filled. Good access, and a wide tree lined high street which has good accessibility

The site is situated in an area where there are many places of interest within easy reach. The village itself has several nice pubs which serve good food at reasonable prices. The lodges are self catering and there is a good balcony to sit on during the warmer months.

The things that were good were excellent.

The things that were good were excellent. The things that were bad were dreadful. Mistakes which should never be made in this type of establishment. The building is great. The hotel and restaurant it houses could be so much better.

Lovely village for walking around. A super selection of shops to browse and a good choice of teashops and places to eat for both lunch and evening meal. We return here most years as never tire of this particular village. Broadway Tower not far away great visit for families.

Broadway was a lovely little village, one of the larger ones. We reached a little late in the evening so the shops were closed except for a super market and a pub. It was nice to walk around and admire the place in the quite summer evening without the crowds we saw the next day. High street is a good place to walk on and admire the stone buildings. Do visit the tower for good views.

We stayed 3 nights here in late April. Kate & Robin (and Nixie in Guest Relations) were fabulous hosts. Windrush House is immaculate. The breakfasts were wonderful and delicious. And Broadway is a lovely village. This was a great location for us to base for run-outs each day through the Cotswolds. Kate was quite knowledgeable about the region and directed us to some locations we probably would not have known about otherwise. And she treated us with different homemade biscuits each day—such a delightful perk.

I spent a week revelling in the comforts of the hotel, the beauty of Broadway and surrounds. The roaring fires in the sitting room (newspaper supplied) and bar were a treat. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfasts varied and delicious. I ate dinner there a few times - excellent, and there’s a good Indian restaurant on the corner. My room (11) was great - quiet and sunny with windows on 2 sides. I personally dislike showers over baths, but otherwise I was very happy with the whole experience.

As soon as I walked through the door, the staff were welcoming and . My room was perfectly comfortable with all that was needed. Good lighting , lovely bed linens, perfect bath ….. and very quiet location. Breakfast was totally yummy, offering more than I needed, but was grateful for the selection. I did enjoy a super yummy dinner in the restaurant, with perfect service, surrounded by friendly guests. It was my second stay the The Broadway, and I hope t not the last ! Michelle M. Peters

Amazing peaceful break in an idyllic setting for plenty of chilling. The Lodge was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and tastefully furnished. It is around 10 mins walk to the lovely village with many excellent bars and restaurants. There are plenty of walks, including Broadway Tower. Kelli is a great host, very thoughtful and kind. She ensured we were able to make the most of our stay. We will visit again when we return to the Cotswolds. Thank you for everything, Kelli

Wow, just wow! We stay each year in a hotel in Broadway for my husbands birthday treat, this year I found Lily Rose Cottage - just perfect - we will never stay in a hotel again! The cottage is simply amazing, so many beautiful touches making our stay so enjoyable. Every single thing was perfect. We also had the delight of a lit Christmas tree awaiting our arrival which was magical. It really is the most perfect place - cant wait to book again.

Easy friendly welcome and check in, no parking onsite but they were very helpful with directions to the local public car park ( 2 mins walk )and tips for paying upfront that lasted through until next morning. Great to have your own pub just downstairs. We didn't eat there but spoke to people that did and food looked great. thanks very much for a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, location was great and Broadway is lovely.

BROADWAY IS A PRIME AREA IN ALL THE UK. We liked the terraces and the ability to sit outside for meals due to fab weather--is that a positive for the hotel or the weather? I liked the receptionist. I liked the grounds of the hotel. We were there for two nights not one as repot above.

The gorgeous village of Broadway is a great setting and has a great number of visitor attractions. The spa at the Lygon Arms is fantastically well setup and perfect for a swim or a treatment. But of course one can’t ignore the quaint and historical setting of the hotel itself.

Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable and met our expectations. The location was brilliant as it’s located right in the centre of Broadway High Street so was very accessible to shops, bars, restaurants and take aways.

We were there for a specific walk so the location was perfect in that regard, Broadway is a quit town so the Inns location on the main road was no problem, We were out very early and had neither diner nor breakfast at the Inn.
