The recepcionist didn't explained us anything about the hotel when we arrive, she just gave us the key and that's it, the key wasn't always working, maintenance said it was ok but he tried it himself and works but not with our key, it was very frustrating going ups & down all the time just to reset our keys, the last day one of the recepcionist a guy with the glasses explained us that the tea & coffee were free & even the parking, ON THE LAST DAY!!! Even a 1 star hotel could give you better description and facilities. Never gonna repeat it again, the room is clean & good though & the cleaning staffs are very friendly, receptionists except with the last guy, very bad.

Fuenlabrada, is a relaxed and calm, leafy. safe residential area, with very light traffic. There are a few local traditional bar / restaurants to choose from, but not a buzzy nightlife. An easy 30 min train or metro ride to the town centre for traditional night life instead. It is a good 4 star hotel in the middle of a very busy Madrid suburb. If driving there I would recommend making sure that you know where the car park entrance and then the hotel's dedicated car parking spaces are. We only stayed one night so did not sample the local area.

Fuenlabrada is quite a way south of Madrid but easily accessible by train and the LCB hotel is a short walk from the station. It was good to get out of the rush of the City of Madrid to rest and be ready for another day of exploring Madrid.

The breakfast was the best. The location was convenient to the train and to Toledo (by car). The mall next door was handy. A Tapas bar a short walk away was very good as well as Tokyo, a sushi place. A fairly quiet little town.
A fairly quiet little town. Considerable examples of hardship with a lot of shops closed down. Some excellent bars/restaurants offering genuine welcome and good prices. Little bar opposite church is fantastic!. Felt safe. Easy to access Madrid via the Metro.PalookaFrance

Parking is free at the property and always have space for us to park our car during the stay. Less busy location, and playground and park nearby if you have children. You can walk around the neighbourhood in the morning and evening. Everything looks the same as the photos. Love the hotel!!! In the future, if we travel to Madrid again, I will try to stay in this hotel again.
