I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel, and I must say, it surpassed all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, all the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Each employee I encountered was helpful and attentive, making me feel right at home.
The hotel itself is in an excellent location, conveniently situated to enjoy the city's best attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It's a fantastic spot for anyone looking to explore the area. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment to return to after a day of sightseeing.
The combination of a charming atmosphere, exceptional cleanliness, and a top-notch team of staff makes this hotel a standout choice. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning soon. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so memorable!

This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea.
This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea. There were no places of entertainment for tourists in the city. Of course, being close to the Dead Sea has its advantages. There are many interesting historical sites in the vicinity of this city, which are definitely worth visiting, but since public transport is not available, be sure to consider the lack or inaccessibility of public transport to tourists. That is why it is important that you also rent a car before booking a hotel here, so that you can visit the sights in the vicinity of the city. We applied to a car rental company and were very satisfied with the professional service, and I would like to share my experience with you. If you would like to rent a car, I leave here the phone number of the manager Zaid, he is an expert in his business and will support you unconditionally for car rental throughout Jordan +962797918921

Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa.
Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa. The breakfast was not worth it. I would give it 4 out of 10 for cleanliness, 7 out of 10 for attentive staff, 8 out of 10 for pools and access to Dead Sea. Spa facility 4 out of 10.
But sunset over Dead Sea was 10 out of 10.
Don’t eat at the poolside Aqua Bar.

The town is quite dirty, there is plenty of rubbish on the streets. Options of restaurants is quite limited, although Beit Sweimeh is so good that ypu won't need anything else. Booking reccommended to not move around too much without the guide, although we felt quite safe even on the late evening walk.

The visit to Salt Beach was an exceptional experience for us. The beach was windy and the Israeli Border could be seen towards the horizon. The salt deposits look amazing and it is quite an experience to see the saltiest water body on Earth!

Great location.
Great location. Few meters access to the Dead Sead, free mud and shower facilities. There was the end of Ramazani and they have organized plenty of activities for the children ! The children really love it ! Great place for children generally ! The host very polite and professional, kept goodies for us in the fridge. Reasonable price taking into consideration the facilities, services and the location.
Quiet complex of private apartments. The pools and whirlpool are available 24 hours a day. The pools, with the exception of the whirlpool, were very cold and not completely clean in January. Own reserved parking space. Two separate folding beds are available. Excellent WiFi available in the apartment unit and at the restaurant. Probably due to the winter season, we had the beach only to ourselves. In the evening, only three apartment units were lit. Cheap fast food is available in the neighboring hotel complex (1 km walk to the north).
Recommended. Ideal for a one or two night stay to visit Dead Sea, car needed to visit sites away from hotel. Hotel has own access to beach on Dead Sea, cordoned off safe bathing area, with mud tub and shower close by. Room was clean and fully functional; comfortable bed; toiletries provided; food in restaurant was of good standard (breakfast portion was huge but staff were happy to box up to take away). Very friendly and helpful staff; like most people we met in Jordan, nothing too much trouble, just ask!
We came when the price was relatively lower than usual, so for the price we paid, it was good value for money. The room and bathroom were excellent, and the Seaview was breathtaking. And even compared to other hotels in the area, I believe this hotel has surpassed most of them, given the price, location and the sea view. When we left, the price almost doubled. If we paid double the price, we would have rated this stay way lower. So keep this in mind.
My stay at Hilton Dead Sea was amazing, thanks in particular to the concierge Mohammad Ajoun and Ast. Manager Wissam Hijazi. They were very helpful and resolved all issues quickly and smoothly. I truly appreciate this level of customer care. The facilities are excellent. The hotel has the best beach on the Dead Sea. The adult pool has its own pool bar and food, making the entire process smooth. Definitely will come back.
We spent a few days here at the beginning of April and it was lovely! Wonderful place and people! We enjoyed our time very much! Like this place has a soul and it was not just a hotel. Mr. Samer (housekeeping supervisor) took really good care of us, Mrs. Hanan at the SPA is a fantastic person, all the people working there create an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Fully recommended!
The staff was awesome, super polite and helpful, also got some recommendations from medical center. Solid breakfast and hotel kitchen. Wifi available at the pool and beach.
I spent 14 days here, overall I can recommend, would visit again. Mezza restaurant is worth visiting.
This is a nice 5 star hotel. It is clean, spacious with free parking, The staff are friendly and helpful, special thanks to Anas in the reception and Amer in the entrance. The breakfast and dinner are good but pricy.
Loved the suite we had, it was two story suite, very spacious and clean. The hotel has many activities to do, you don’t have to really leave the hotel to enjoy the Dead Sea. Recommend the stay.
Beautiful view, friendly staff, comfy bed, clean and spacious room, and the private beach with showers. I also liked that the hotel has a gym, so I could stretch out after a long journey.
It was amazing hotel , very nice room with high service very clean , nice hospitality specially I would thank ms Rawan for her hospitality I recommend this hotel
