The breakfast was horrible. Breakfast really needs an upgrade. Things like eggs (scrambled & hard boiled), honey & almond milk and bananas would have taken it from bad to acceptable.

We stayed for 2 nights during Quilt Week. We were not familiar with this hotel brand, but they made a very good first impression! Convenient location; friendly staff; clean facility; wide selection of TV station; many near-by restaurants.
The hotel offered a time for the quilters to gather, chat and have show & tell. They have nightly free cookies. The breakfast was sufficient: cereal, muffins, fruit, bagels, toast, sausage, cheese omelet, etc. When an Uber eats driver accidentally delivered out food to the Holiday Inn Express located behind this hotel, Joseph went and got the food for us, going above and beyond our expectations. Our room had a double size jetted bathtub that we loved. It was so relaxing after walking around all day! We would definitely stay again.

We came for quilt week and everything was easy to find and drive to and from.
It would have been nice if the food vendors could've been somewhere else and that lot been used for handicapped parking. The trolleys were a good idea but not easy for our walkers.

We were there for the Eclipse which was amazing!!!
We were there for the Eclipse which was amazing!!! We were in the perfect spot Bob Noble Park. The dog park was great. My boys loved it and people were super friendly. The National Quilt Museum was amazing. It had a wide diversity of work. The flood wall murals were an unexpected find. So interesting to see the history of Paducah shown through art. Rafferty’s restaurant was the best. The food was so good and the boys were welcome. The only con was that Starbucks was glacially slow.

Lots of historical buildings to see.
Lots of historical buildings to see. For quilters, the Quilt museum was fabulous as was shopping for fabric at Hancocks. Otherwise the downtown area was only interesting along the rivers, where there was the wall of murals painted with history timeline, but the rest of downtown was pretty run down, lots of empty storefronts, mediocre restaurants and not much open on Mondays. The rest of Paducah was like a regular small town with predictable stores. We did not do much in the rest of the town except take a drive around.

My Granddaughters & I gave Papaw the tour of the Riverfront...
My Granddaughters & I gave Papaw the tour of the Riverfront and a little bit more of Paducah. We've shown him downtown during the summer when the bands are all out on the streets downtown. We've taken him to the Dam, Kentucky Lake, LBL and on our future trip we may take him and show him all around Grand Rivers. Paducah is rich in history, beautiful architecture and within a few miles of some other beautiful sites. Mammoth Cave, Cave in Rock and more aren't too far either
I loved the boutique style hotel experience at a such a great value. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The bedding was cozy and gave off a family guest room feel rather than typical hotel feel. I enjoyed interior design and decor very much. I travel for business frequently, and this is the best hotel experience I’ve had thus far.
Staff was super friendly and helpful they renovating the hotel the mattresses a bit hard the carpet and furniture could stand to be replaced but the hospitality of the staff makes up for for its short Cummings it was quilt week and every other hotel wanted $250 to $300 for a room at $99 it was an awesome bargain and we will happily go back next year
Rooms were clean and the location is perfect with big chain stores; Walmart, Sams Club, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Planet Fitness all within a quarter mile. Steak houses and fast food also close to the hotel with the Oaks Malll right across the road. House keeping is daily with a supervisor with the cleaner and the desk is friendly.
Very spacious and nice room with super comfy beds and linens. Staff is wonderful. I have family in Carbondale and Plainfiield Illinois so on the way back home I stay here because Paducah is such a quaint town. I have to say I have experienced really bad comfort suites on the road traveling but this hotel and staff are a 10
the hotel is a short walk or drive to the downtown area, which offers free parking. They have a nice bar and restaurant on site. We did not eat there but did enjoy drinks both at the bar and they have an outside patio right off the bar area. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and nice.
My husband said breakfast was good. Dinner the night before was good, but disappointed that Drury advertises free dinner and drinks, but we had to pay for alcoholic beverages?
Only other disappointment was that our room was located on second floor over open lobby/eating area and very loud.
The hotel was located in an area that was close to a lot of restaurants and gas stations for filling up when leaving on the morning.
Staff was nice.
Soaps and shampoos provided were really nice.
Refrigerator was cold!
Room didn't have a bad odor.
Bed felt nice.
Lots of pillows.
All staff members were very helpful, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and treated us like we were family. The rooms were absolutely wonderful!! I have a terrible issue with staying in hotels. I / we didn't feel any discomfort or that there was anything to worry about.
The hotel is centrally located on the main strip, only a couple minutes to the historic downtown area. The rooms are immaculately clean and quite large. The entire property is pet friendly (unheard of!), and there was plenty of green space outside to walk the pup.
The location was great, close to where I needed to go while in Paducah. Staff was very nice and we had no issues. Also, the bathroom was nicer than most hotels I've stayed in.
This hotel is being remodeled. Our room was completely refitted with brand new electrical, plumbing, paint, and carpet. The staff was very friendly. Great value for us.
