The check in was only available after 16:00 which was a bit uncomfortable however property allowed us to go to the pool area which was really nice!

The view was beautiful. The food at the restaurant was great. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all extremely nice and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Was also nice that there is a SPAR grocery store on site with good prices.

We loved everything about Palm Oasis! It’s easy to get around with a rental car from the location. Parking underneath was convenient and price per day was reasonable. Breakfast was good and also reasonably priced. Palm Oasis overall was super clean and well-maintained, may it be your room, the pool, restaurant, etc. Staff / employees were extremely kind and helpful. My partner and I already said we would stay here again when we come back to Gran Canaria.
