We stayed here for a special family celebration. It was amazing. We had been given a room in the newly refurbished wing of the hotel. From the minute we arrived at the hotel, we were helped by super friendly staff, from the gateman to the valet, and the reception staff. We were shown to our room and were shown every courtesy. The room was newly refurbished and looked beautiful. We had an amazing view of Lake Louise from our room. The tea/coffee facilities were plentiful and the bathroom toiletries were plentiful and of great quality (as you would expect). We dined at the hotel and the service was outstanding. The food presentation was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful, memorable stay and they hotel left a beautiful gift in our room to help us celebrate. Would definitely stay in a Fairmont Hotel again.

Excellent location, ease of access to nearby points of interest (Lake Louise, Morants Curve, Bow Valley Parkway etc etc). Room was very comfortable, facilities were well stocked. Breakfast was good and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
