She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

The property is gorgeous with 6 separate accommodations under one roof. The room sizes were great and comfortably fitted the 5 of us. The property had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Monica was a great host and always checked that everything was ok, she even gave us a map of local restaurants and other places we may need during our stay. We hadn’t originally booked to stay here but after our original accommodation fell well below our standards we booked Il Casale di Monacella via booking.com and arrived 2 hours later. Monica couldn’t have done anymore for us and literally saved our holiday. Thank you Monica ☺️

They upgraded us in a bigger one with living room because we were with the kid. They were very nice to wait for us patiently although we got late because of plane and car rental delays. There were all the needed amenities, the bathroom was huge and even with a washing machine. The room had direct access at the garden which was really nice. The breakfast had plenty of options and the host was there all the time to make sure that we had everything we needed. It is a great stay in Nicolosi, especially when you plan to explore Etna park from there.
