The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

The luxurious Le Petit Spa has a range of health and beauty treatments, using the latest ESPA products. Guests also have free use of the weights and machines in the modern gym. Very clean and incredibly nice and attentive staff. It was thoroughly cleaned every day, new bottles of water put by the bed, tea/coffee and biscuits replenished, new cups put out etc. We were really impressed with the service!

The health club facilities include a contemporary spa and fitness centre. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property, dating back to the 13th century, is stunning and full of character. It’s set in a beautiful, lush, and green area that offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Dinner was fantastic, Apo was a wonderful host at the restaurant and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Also Pedro was a great host making our first day very enjoyable. Truly loved everything about our stay.

(Please kindly note to enjoy full use of our pool, hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas, thermal suite, and spa relaxation areas there is an upgrade fee). Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.

The staff, especially Dawn at the reception and Sally in the Spa were super helpful. The whole experience was perfect and I will be coming back soon.
