This is our best experience abroad, the staff are amazing and super nice and very friendly, they helped us making plans and giving us important information. Also everything is clean and the swimming pool are amazing and they have good views. The food is very delicious. Also the lobby members are amazing and very friendly, they help us a loooot, and they have WhatsApp msgs support, so the life here became much easier because of they. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, with a wonderful room upgrade that truly delighted us for our honeymoon. The staff was caring, always available and smiling. The service was flawless, and everything was done to make us feel relaxed and pampered. A heartfelt thank you for making our stay so special. The hotel, just like the sister hotel in Kuta, is beautiful. Well designed and gives you the feeling of having a spacious room with an amazing bathtub. The facilities are amazing especially the restaurant, which serves delicious meals and has attentive, hospitable and excellent staff. The hotel staff are amazing and immediately would act to correct whatever minor issue there is, later also would take their time to send you a handwritten apology card to apologise for the inconvenience. I highly recommend staying at either one of Amnaya’s locations. This one is near Nusa Dua (not located in nusa dua though). In short, definitely worth the stay and amazing value for money. I would stay here again.

Kayumas staff are really heplful and always feels you comfortable. They easily find a solution if you need something. Location is so close to the many restaurants and bars in Seminyak. With a scooter, you can easily reach aroun this area. Rooms are comfortable and large. Pool is nice and enjoying. We moved to Canggu but I wish we had more days at Kayumas.
