The service at the front desk and from all the hotel staff was truly incredible everyone was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is wonderful, with impeccable rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and a location that speaks for itself, simply perfect. Some rooms offer a lake view, and it is absolutely worth investing in this experience, as it is truly special. I also parked my car in the hotel’s parking area, which was very easy and safe, conveniently located right in front of the reception entrance, making everything even more practical. A perfect 10/10! We were so satisfied that we stayed another night, albeit in another room, this one with a balcony and a lake view! No better place to watch a rainstorm that evening the likes of which I've never seen before.
