Based on a pool of over 372 million verified customer reviews on Booking.com, the 14th instalment of the Traveller Review Awards decided its winners.
Review scores for the Traveller Review Awards 2026 are based on the average of all guest reviews published on our website and app between December 1, 2022 and November 30, 2025. We calculated each final review score on December 1, 2025 based on reviews received in the previous three years.
