Perfect for a few days by the beach, owners were very friendly and helpful, house was clean and had everything you may need for a short break. We had a lovely time.

Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. I had a wonderful time at Portal Moratalla. This was a very special trip to know my great grandfather's homeland and the house was perfectly located at the historical area so I was very close to the house he lived in with his family and to the Church whe was baptized. The house is stunning, fully equiped and beautifully decorated. I was there in July at a extremelly hot weather and the house had air condiciotioning in every roon. It is from  XIX century originally occupied by local farmers and I couln"t help but wonder what life was back then during my ancestors time. The terrace is amazing and the view breathtaking. The courtesy wine and bread were delicious. Pedro was of great help and always available from the time of booking until the time I left. I was travelling on my own with no car and he helped me a lot to find taxis, which is extremelly hard in a rural area like Moratalla. He even arranged a visit to a local winery and I had a great time wine tasting and talking to the owner Idelfonso.  Cecília and Jesus, who take care of the place were also very nice and helpful picking me up and dropping me off close to the bus stop. It was a very special trip to connect with my family history and Portal Moratalla played a very special part in it! :)
