Sarah was warm, welcoming and couldn’t have been nicer. The house is charming and comfortable. Sarah made us a delicious breakfast and had numerous options and choices. We loved her light filled conservatory too.

Very small, historic town, very olde world, friendly people, not over burdened with gift shops, lots of pubs in a small area. Most offering good traditional cooking. Like the castle, it's small but well kept. If you like fish and chips, they are wonderful from the blue crab.
Best pub, wheatshief, friendly, good beer, good food and dog friendly.

Yarmouth has a good hotel and some great restaurants. It is a ferry port for a rail-connected ferry to the mainland of England and has a good bus service to other parts of the Isle of Wight. It is surrounded by countryside with some good walks and pleasant beaches.
