Merton Hotel, hotel in St. Saviour

Just 10 minutes’ walk from St Helier, Merton Hotel features a water park with slides and a spa. There is free parking on site, and a choice of 5 restaurants.

Room spotlessly cleaned by Frankline, breakfast was plentiful with lots of healthy options and traditional cooked fayre. Evening meals we ate in the on-site Italian restaurants. The food was delightful and we were waited on by the most charming Ram who was both attentive and knowledgable.

The location was excellent!! Sea views, bus stop outside the door, next door to two pubs and a Thai restaurant … would stay here again for the amazing location! Definitely recommend upgrading to a room with a sea view!! We had one of the curved rooms on the front, and I loved the windows. They were beautiful and functional — we could open them all for a strong breeze or just a couple for gentler air flow. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch and warmed the entire room on a chilly night!

I enjoyed the location of St Saviour.

I enjoyed the location of St Saviour. It was really easy to get to the Castle on the East coast and very easy to get to St Hellier as well. I had a hire car and it was easy to find the hotel too. The hotel is a little dated, but it's clean and has all the facilities, wifi only in the foyer, but I found it lovely that every evening lots of people would be sitting in the foyer, all on their phones and laptops. The staff were really helpful and friendly

Walking distance to town and easy access to several beaches and attractions . As previous residents of Jersey we did not really go to Jersey to see the sights but to meet up with friends so can't add anything else.

Howard Davis park, is lovely you can go to various events held there. Have Afternoon Tea, it is very relaxing. The Sea water Lido is great for swimming, you can have snacks and ice cream there. The Drifters restaurant was brilliant, food delicious and reasonable price but you need to book. The White Horse is another good place to eat. Also Bonetti's at the Merton Hotel is another good place to go.

Great pool and facilities , the hotel is a short walk to the town Centre, around 15 minutes and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel could communicate better with the guests about what’s on everyday and the rooms are in need of updating but they are clean and functional and the beds are comfortable.

Breakfast very good. Dinners were good a little pricy. The shower was very good. The matrasses were a little hard and seemed to be a little lumpy, not flat. The hotel was very warm, we did find this at times unbearable.
