The apartment was HUGE. We had a lot of common space, everyone had their own room. The self-check-in was smooth, went as described. The hosts were friendly and gave enough information about everything. Highly recommend this place if you're in Bellwald.

The chalet itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facility, as well as location...for starters. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom is of ample size, and the bedroom was very comfortable. I mean, everything was perfectly organized. The pamphlets on the kitchen table were self explanatory. A super beautiful, traditional Swiss chalet!!! Highly recommendable.

Featuring a garden and views of river, Chalet Elza is an apartment situated in a historic building in Lauterbrunnen, 14 km from Grindelwald Terminal. This property offers access to a patio, table tennis, free private parking and free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. This was our best stay during our Swiss trip. Stayed 4 days at this comfy chalet with the most incredible views and surroundings. Its a 15 minute walk to the railway station and you can take a forest road as suggested by the owner Dave and its beautiful,along a stream. Had a nice little fireplace in the living room with electric heater in the two bedrooms upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen means you can whip up your own food, especially since most shops close down by 6pm in this area. Theres a common room for doing your laundry, a sauna and even a hot tub outside which you can rent looking at the beautiful scenery. To top it all, Dave is an excellent host. Went out of his way to pick up our luggage from the railway station, since we had a sudden change in plans due to unstable weather. He also dropped us off at the station at the end of the stay

The spacious chalet features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a terrace with mountain views. A private entrance leads guests into the chalet, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. The property has an outdoor dining area. Very cosy, clean and spacious chalet. The owner was very nice and helpful with our unexpected late check-in. A welcome bottle of wine and chocolates was a very beautiful gesture. The large and fully equipped kitchen let us prepare all possible meals. Our family really enjoyed our two days journey in this beautiful place.
