Great location and facilities. The cottages are lovely, hot tub was great. The pool was clean and a welcome break from the heat. Attention to detail is evident all around and our stay was really relaxing. Will definitely come stay again, next time with a group of friends.

Everything! The beautiful spacious room, the farm with all the beautiful flowers and plants. The mountain view! The calm and warm swimming pool. Delicious breakfast. The toiletries that smelled so good! Thank you for this escape in this little paradise.

Kliphuis at Desert Wind is a rare find. The property was extremely well equipped. Can’t say enough great things about the host. Alicia was so friendly and welcoming, she even came to check up on us since we were so secluded just to make sure we were still okay. The seclusion is real, no network, no internet. Being in nature, the hot tub overlooking the riverbed plus the amazing views was priceless.

The central location made it easy to visit nearby towns Montagu, Robertson. McGregor and many wine farms. Our cottage had an absolutely spectacular view of the mountains. The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect.
