Located in Puteaux and with Arc de Triomphe reachable within 4.4 km, Mama Shelter Paris La Défense provides a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The decoration was really awesome, it's completely different from what we can find elsewhere. There funny references about the concepts at different places (mama loves you, mama likes it hot...). Then there is everything you want in the hotel: an American dinner, a sports bar and a resto/bar with a nice point of view on the Eiffel tower. Finally, the personnel is really nice and friendly (not only polite like in other hotels).

The staff are like family and friends to me who greeted me politely and really can feel their genuine hearts that really care for me. Feels like home even though i am on hectic business trip

Location is not that far from metro station, very safe, and serene area. Supermarket and shops are just the corner outside the hotel. Room is cozy and spacious. Balcony is amazing to enjoy fresh air in the morning. Working table is a nice place to complete daily routine. Shower room and toilet are not small. Hotel garden and facilities are so lovely, although we didn't enjoy much of them. Staffs are very helpful.
