Matatagpuan sa downtown San Cristobal de Las Casas, ang 4-star hotel na ito ay 3 bloke ang layo mula sa San Cristobal Cathedral. Nag-aalok ang hotel ng libreng Wi-Fi zone. We LOVED our 5-night stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself is amazing. Just off the lobby area, there is a covered courtyard area with large trees in it, and you can have breakfast overlooking the courtyard. In another part of the hotel, there is a library/reading area, and on the third floor, the large terrace has lovely views of the surrounding hills and is full of potted flowers and plants. The artistic details, including many murals and beautiful decorations, add such class to this hotel. The restaurant is very good, and the service - from front desk staff to restaurant staff to the helpful staff members who opened the door to the private parking garage every time we needed to come or go - is outstanding. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation, and we would very happily stay here again.

Good "centro" location, nice clean rooms friendly helpful and mostly bilingual Spanish/English staff. The hotel is affiliated with the restaurant next door. The food was excellent, and if you tell them you are staying at the hotel they offer a small discount. Secure parking is available on the same block, the price is discounted for hotel guests, it is 15 Pesos/hour. I am on a motorcycle and secure parking is important to me. On-street parking is VERY difficult to find. The hotel does not have AC, but given the elevation of the area I was quite comfortable without it. The manager is a young man named Ben and he is THE BEST!
