Excellent customer services, clean and room, and great value!! The host always replied us promptly whenever I reached out. He arranged taxi rides , answered all our questions and even allowed us a late check-out (based on availability). There are a few nice local restaurants nearby and a big grocery store in which we stopped by daily to get yummy mangos and other fruits.

The location was very good, in the downtown on a quite street. The property has a garden nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious.

La stanza era spaziosa dotata di tutti i confort e arredata con gusto. Le aree comuni ben curate e dotate di piscina molto carina. Lo staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno all ultimo momento e non c'è stato nessun problema anzi hanno fatto in maniera tale da riuscire a lasciarci la stessa stanza. ( molto apprezzato)

The property was really nice and clean, the housekeeping staff was very kind and the bartenders at Chula’s were great to talk to.

Such a warm welcome and goodbye, staff are just amazing. I felt comfortable from the start. Also the apartment was great, very clean, comfy and spacious for a good price. It's a 15min walk from the main plaza which wasn't too bad and you pass by a really cool local cantina (I recommend it).

Ho trovato una camera pulita ( lenzuola federe e asciugamani compresi) e spaziosa dotata di frigorifero, frullatore, macchina x caffè (americano) e fornelli. C’è un lavandino e le stoviglie. C’è la tv, un tavolino x cenare e uno davanti ad un divanetto x rilassarsi. Ventilatore e più punti presa Nel bagno si possono trovare saponi dai vari aromi. Le stanze sono immerse in un giardino fiorito e ci sono anche delle parti comuni molto ampie( cucina, salottini ecc)con bidone dell’acqua gratuito Prima di arrivare vi arriverà un messaggio con parecchi consigli e indirizzi x tour e affitto auto…. Convenienti

Everything, the view is great, the service and waiters are the best. David was amazing. He deserves a raise. It was my boyfriends birthday and he made sure we had a little cake for his birthday. He is the star of the hotel!

Situato a Cozumel, a 1,9 km dall'Isla Pasion Matrimoni, l'Hotel Caribe offre una piscina all'aperto, un parcheggio privato gratuito e un giardino. Great location, very close to the main square, but away from the noise of the restaurants & bars. They offer basic accomodation for a great price, and the hotel even has a small pool, perfect place to meet other guests. My room was spacious and clean, service was always attentive (they organised bicycle renting, let me know where I can dry my scuba gear and let me use their facilities after check out as a late check out was not possible due to arriving guests). Supermarket is very close as well as a burger place just across the street. All in one a basic, honest & clean place for the unpretentious traveller :-). I hope to return one day.
