Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel in the heart of the city, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the room. Also the staff who are very professional, attendive, always smiling and willing to help with any request you may have. Special thanks to Aytekin the receptionist who made our stay to the hotel very special. The staff also arranged for us a private transfer from the airport to the hotel and back and it was extraordinary. We travelled with a luxury car, very clean and with a very nice driver. I would definetely return to this hotel when visiting Istanbul and I strongly recommend it to anyone!

We parked our car in the private parking lot located right next to the hotel, and they even let us leave it there after the check-out because we wanted to do some sightseeing in Edirne. Breakfast was decent and nothing special; however, the lady who was there made some crêpes for the kids. I can definitely recommend the place and would stay here again when visiting Edirne.

It's a very comfortable, squeaky clean hotel with generous breakfast and modern room facilities. The reception staff Umeyma at the reception and Oguz in the management were very helpful and friendly , with smile on their faces. They were the only ones we had contact with due to our time in the hotel although i could see the other shift staff were similarly frirndly. Omeyma guided our tour trip, too. We couldn't fault anything really. The kitchen staff was 👌. AND a major plus. All the major tourist spots and great eat- outs were in the vicinity ( 5 to 10mins by foot)
