The hotel is clean, pleasant, beautiful area, clean sea, good beach, good rooms. Delicious food in the main restaurant, A la carte restaurant is not bad, but not amazing.

One aspect that truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional staff. I would like to personally acknowledge Ms. Nahide for her outstanding help and care. We had initially booked a room with king bed but upon arrival, she immediately assisted us in changing to a room that suited our preferences. Her attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference in our stay. The main restaurant, Boreas, was a culinary delight. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were incredibly pleasant. The main pool area was nothing short of fantastic. The immaculate pool was inviting and the surrounding amenities were top-notch. The pool snack restaurant exceeded our expectations with their exquisite dishes, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available and the high attention to detail in every dish. In the evenings, the resort offered a range of night activities specially in the event area. The live musics and performances provided a wonderful ambiance and we had a fantastic time enjoying the entertainment.

Great location in terms of getting there from the airport - just 30 mins by taxi (and the cost is reasonable too!). Wonderful territory! The rooms are so cozy too. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation (even if you are with kids): + several beaches - one with a bar and music, one in a silent area, one with the sand and not a deep water + delicious food and good cocktails (I wasn't expecting much there and I was really surprized) + night shows - good ones! In the city, they would charge for such shows half the price of the night stay in this hotel :D + 2 pools + kids zone & activities. We do not have kids yet but I was amazed by the program for kids - every day from 10am to 5pm they entertain kids with interesting activities. + huge territory, there's even a small garden and mini-zoo with chicken, ducks, and goats. + Starbucks :) + Nice stuff + it feels like you're really in the nature. You can even grab a pomegranate from a tree :)

One of the best places we stayed in during our visit to Turkey, everything was perfect and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The stuff were so good and helpful, in many occasions I saw guests behaved bad with the stuff but the stuff acted very professionally and in good manners. The food was so good and many variety for different tastes, everyday there was a new menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pools are so clean, you would wish to spend the whole day by the pool and never feel bored, there are a pool bar where you can get your drink and still enjoying the pool. The beach is very close proximity to the pool, the water are shallow and very good for begginer swimmers. We really enjoyed the place, and we sure will return back to this hotel again.

I particularly liked staff's kindness, awareness and attention. We had very rude and loud neighbours who would show absolutely no respect. Senior management proposed us to move into a bigger room at no charge. I think the senior management put a very heavy (and welcomed) importance on their guest experience. Thanks again to all involved, my family and me will always be grateful for your kind offer. Really recommended.
