The staff were amazingly polite, attentive and helpful! I really enjoyed the fact that they have a departure lounge that you can use to relax and have a shower before you depart.

We loved the service everyone was so friendly and couldn't help you enough. Loved when someone come around at breakfast to give information for the day so we ended up at the beach club which we loved made are stay. Breakfast we could not thought was the best breakfast we have had at a hotel was spoiled for choices. The room was a lovely size and bed was comfortable 10/10 for me.

RIMBA by AYANA Bali is a 5-star accommodation with 12 outdoor pools, gym and 19 dining options. Beautiful everything, the people all super kind, the food amazing, the rock bar outstanding, the pools wonderful and the Kubu beach super relaxing. The tram was very convenient. We loved it all!
