Booked 4 rooms and stayed with family for 2 nights. Was celebrating my daughter's 4th bday at the resort. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Mr Sujith, Mr Arijit and the GM of the resort himself. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Already recommended this property to friends and colleagues who will be surely visiting soon. Thank you so much!

The staff is extremely friendly and the food served was delicious. The food is cooked fresh based on the guests request. We stayed here for 2nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone especially families travelling with kids.

Nestled amidst abundance of greenery, it is a beautiful property with spacious, clean rooms. Recommend it for short stays/unwind over weekends.

The entire campus, the outlay, and the ambience were extremely good. In fact, it was grand 😁 The food was excellent, and all the staff in every department were very efficient, courteous and friendly. We had a wonderful vacation, thanks to all of you.

El alojamiento se encuentra en Munnar, a 34 km del Museo del Té de Munnar. 1) Great staff, they went out of their way to help when we had some missing medication. They even had emergency medication with them. 2) Great facilities, there's a small gym room, Pool, nice landscaping and a pleasant ambience. 3) location was ideal for me, it was not too far away from Munnar and was located such that everything can be covered in a short duration. 4) the view from the room, the beds, towels and everything was great!

They've really set the benchmark high. I was simply blown away by the service staff. Made me feel at home! Fantastic property.. maintained so well , the lawns were beautiful to take a scroll in every day. Bicycles were bonus! Rooms were so so spacious and super clean. Food was mouth watering and delicious. This was amongst my top trips thus far. Definately pay this place a visit!

El Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty es un complejo que cuenta con 2 piscinas, cancha de tenis y centro de fitness y se encuentra frente al mar, en Kochi. Impressive hotel with lots of things to do. The pool was amazing. Our toddler had a lot of fun at the playgrounds (indoor and outdoor). The room is modern, clean and comfortable. Good restaurants as well. Friendly staff. wholeheartedly recommend!
