The staff is incredibly helpful.. in Khao Yai you have to go everywhere driving your car, also to get to the hotel you must do it by car.. so this hotel is perfectly located near to the attractions, has a restaurant and a rooftop for drinks and food and the game room is extraordinary; not just the playground for kids but also has a play station, and hundred of table games.. it was the perfect place to stay with my family! We celebrated Christmas in the hotel and there was live music and fireworks.. we really enjoyed it!

Seeing that the unit we booked may be too small for a family of 3 adults, he upgraded us to a bigger unit without having to pay extra after the first night. The resort is also conveniently located near place of interests & good food venues where we only need to drive not more than 30mins.
