Our favourite accommodation when travelling around Thailand. It’s in the perfect location, 6 min or so ride from the main strip. The staff are so lovely & helpful, beautiful idyllic views from the pool. Everything about AVA Resort is perfect. I’d 100% recommend to stay here if in Koh Tao.

Set in Koh Tao, 500 metres from Chalok Baan Kao Beach, View Point Resort offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. 1.5 km from Shark Bay Beach and 2 km from Freedom Beach, the property provides a bar and a private beach area. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, a shuttle service, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was perfect, view, location,staff.

All units in the resort are fitted with a kettle. With a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, certain rooms at Koh Tao Heritage also offer a sea view. Guest rooms at the accommodation include air conditioning and a wardrobe. The best of staying in the king size with balcony is the view of the mountains, palm trees and beach and ocean in the distance. It is such a pleasure to seat at the balcony and have a coffee in the morning when Koh Tao is still quiet and waking up. We really enjoyed staying here for the holidays, and even there was the end of the year crowd, it was quiet at night so you can have a good rest. The cleaning crew is so sweet and attentive.

Situated along Sairee Beach on Koh Tao, Wind Beach Resort boasts its own beachfront bar and restaurant where guests can enjoy stunning sunset views. During their stay at the resort, guests can relax with a Thai massage or take a cool dip in the year-round outdoor pool that overlooks the sea. Free WiFi is provided in the public areas. It has a great pool right by the beach, comfortable large rooms. Laundry service was super fast. Good selection of breakfast choices. Cantina De Koh Tao restaurant/cafe is close by - a must visit for BBQ and mexican food.

Located in Koh Tao, Koh Tao Relax Freedom Beach Resort offers air-conditioned accommodation with a private balcony. This resort features a private beach area, restaurant and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Amazing view over the ocean including the sunset on the sea. Hotel's beach was one of the best in Koh Tao, very calm and with a nice restaurant. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was lovely (way better than what was mentioned in the reviews we read). Would definetely recommend it if you prefer a quieter zone of the island (with better access renting a scooter, which you can do directly at the hotel).

Tanote Villa is a 5-minute walk from Tanote Bay. Offering free parking, the resort is a 15-minute drive from Koh Tao Pier and a 20-minute drive from Mae Haad Pier. Wow just wow. This resort is located in an amazing jungle setting with views towards the Tanote Bay. 10 minutes walk down through the jungle to the beach. The rooms in the main building have stunning views of the bay and sea. They offer 3 fixed schedule daily rides to the other side of the island for free! The breakfast is good, with options of Thai food, omlete, fried egges, and a selection of fruits. Their restaurant is also very good for dinner, with different Thai dishes, curryes, with desired level of spiciness. Other food options can be found at the bars/restaurants on the beach, or a couple of minutes up the road at the Sun and Moon traditional restaurant and cooking classes. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!

Overlooking Mae Haad Beach, Sensi Paradise Beach Resort is a short walk from shops and restaurants. Offering wooden bungalows built with local materials, it also boasts a lovely pool area.

Sensi Paradise Beach Resort is located on Koh Tao Island, a short boat ride from Koh Samui and Koh Phangan Islands. The resort is a 15-minute boat ride from Nang Yuan Island. Just amazing place. Pros: - Territory. Cool location, quiet area of the hotel itself, quiet area behind the hotel. Fairly close to the busy part. Tiny private beach nearby. Public beach nearby. Boat taxi nearby. - Green. Super green hotel. A lot of palms, trees and flowers. - Staff (Front-desk and restaurant). Very helpful, answers all questions and concerns, helps with organization of the vacation. Very kind people. Huge contribution for 10/10. - Room. Simple but everything you need. Comfy bed. Comfy pillows. No TV but I believe in a place like this you don’t need it. Room service is fast and effective. - Restaurant. Good breakfast, good selection. Refilling food evening for late attendees. Wonderful view to the bay. Fairly good price.

Jamahkiri Dive Resort & Spa - SHA PLUS & Spa provides luxurious accommodation along Thian Og Bay on Koh Tao Island. It offers WiFi and pier transfers for free. It has a private beach, a pool and certified diving centre. Everything was great here, food, setting, diving, stuff, and location

The property is around 1.9 km from Mae Haad Beach, 2.6 km from Mao Bay Beach and 6.3 km from Sunken Ship. Guests can enjoy mountain views. A great hotel with wonderful staff and facilities. The pool was really clean and nice to have with good opening hours. The hotel helped us with everything including motorbike, laundry and tickets, for a good price. A little bit of if you dont have a motorbike, otherwise it is really great, we stayed extra days because we liked it here so much. We could even check in earlier.
