The rooms are huge for the price you pay and it is in a quiet, residential suburb. Easy to grab a taxi outside to the city centre or airport but without all the noise and dust of the city centre. Just across the road is an excellent cafe and also a fish restaurant and a shop for supplies is just two minutes away. Very clean, friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast.

Comfortable Home Stay mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan bar di Termiz. Tab mandi panas dan khidmat sewaan kereta tersedia untuk tetamu. Everything was great. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very friendly and ready to help with anything, taxis etc. The location was not quite in the center, but it didn't bother since there were still a few restaurants nereby and the main sights are anyway outside of the city. Would definitely recommend staying here. If I come to Termez again will stay here for sure.

Wi-Fi works perfectly with a good speed all around the hotel. Breakfast was great too.
