The staff at this property are the best part. Everyone from the reception desk to the cleaning crew always have a smile on their face and are extremely polite and courteous. The gentleman who was at the restaurant during the breakfasts, welcomed us every morning and he was so polite, caring and respectful. The last day we were there, he knew that we were checking out that day and before we finished our breakfast, he made sure to bring us some fresh, hot pão de queijo (cheese bread) before we left. They truly care about their guests and we really appreciated all the kindness. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant 😊

Easy place to get to, comfortable room, nice food at breakfast, etc. Just meant to stay there for a couple of nights before we moved on and for that the hotel worked really well.

Boasting a restaurant, Allia Gran Hotel Pampulha Suites is located in Belo Horizonte. It offers free WiFi, free parking spots and a 24-hour reception. we ended up not staying because my partner lost his documents with the uber and we went through a super stressful situation trying to get it back. Police officers around, etc. the staff were so fantastic and understanding, really helped us. Francisco and Anderson, thank you so much, I feel bad for all the hassle we caused but they were absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay with you again in the future. Thanks
