The facilities was immaculate. My room was clean and just so huge. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash provided. I must say that it smelt so divine too!!! I ordered the Indonesian nasi goreng for room service and it was so delicious. I loved that it was closed to the airport and there were shuttles every 30 minutes.

It was very clean and tidy. There were plenty of amenities and also conditioner for your hair to use. The toilet, shower and sink and separate. So you could use the sink/toilet while someone is taking a shower. We took the shuttle bus from the airport T2. It took a bit longer than going from the hotel to the airport. They used a different route, maybe because of the time. We weren't able to eat the breakfast buffet due to an early flight, though they did provide a takeaway breakfast. Make sure to request it if needed. On arrival during the evening they also provide a free dinner (fried noodles) which you can take to your room and eat.
