Hotel in Billund ( 0.2 miles)
Located next to Billund International Airport’s Terminal 4, this budget hotel is 5 minutes’ drive from Legoland. I liked the variety of food during breakfast. The room was better than i expected in pictures, when I saw it on the internet, I thought the room was too big for only 1 person, but it turned out to be the perfect size.

Just a 12-minute walk from Legoland Billund and 200 yards from Lalandia Water Park, LEGOLAND Wilderness Barrels & Cabins features accommodations in Billund, with a garden and a shared lounge. We liked the Barrel accommodations. We experienced much rain while visiting and found the tight quarters comfortable. The bathrooms were adequate, but we felt there could be more bathroom facilities for the number of barrels, cabins, RVs, tents, etc. The restaurant was what we expected, sub-par for adults, perfect for children. Walking distance to Legoland. The bus shuttle between Legoland, the airport, and the town was good. It could run more frequently during the summer months. We would stay here again.

Havrevang offers accommodations in Billund, a 18-minute walk from Legoland Billund and 27 miles from Koldinghus Royal Castle - Ruin - Museum. Great location. Great price. Clean. I would stay there again. It was close to Legoland and we also walked to Lego House which wasn't far away. Nice walk through a sculpture park. Close to Lalandia where there is a little store to buy food or food court to eat. There are only two rooms available here. I thought there were lots more like 7-8. I would stay here again.
Hotel in Billund ( 1.2 miles)
The Lodge Billund is only 984 feet from Legoland Amusement Park and 1.9 mi from Billund International Airport. Wi-Fi internet is free, and all rooms have a flat-screen TV. Fantastic place in Billund. Very nice hotel that had fantastic amenties - there is a bar - it was within walking distance of everywhere - and the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.
High quality accommodation, one apartment only, situated in a very quiet, spacious and green area, but close to a range of activities for smaller and bigger kids, such as Lego park, Lego house, Wow park, Givskud Zoo, and less than one hour drive from the North Sea (west) or Horsens/Vejle/Fredericia/Kolding (east).
Legoland was brilliant. We spent two days in the park. Friday was during term time so was quiet with no queues. Saturday was very busy. My kids were at a good age 13 & 8. They were able to gon on everything. They are strict with the height restrictions. Lalandia Resort is also worth going to situated right across the road from Legoland. Billund is relatively small and you can walk to most places. Buses run regularly but some are cash only. They will take euro. Under 12s travel free. Mamas restaurant was lovely as was the gastropub in Billund.
Ideal for a short stay visiting surrounding area. Legoland very close by but car essential. Relaxing place to stay, very peaceful. Accommodation very clean. Could benefit from proper cooker as jobs slow when cooking for a family. An enjoyable stay. Friendly animals and few games which were fun.
Billund = Lego - not much else to do Lego House excellent for all ages (be sure to visit the basement history exhibition) Legoland OK but aimed at pre teens - albeit with a few small rollercoaster rides Good food at Gastropub next to Legohouse (but expensive , £80 for two burgers , 1 sweet and 3 drinks) Good reasonably priced pizza an Mamma's Billund bakery (on main street) great for coffee, cakes and sandwiches
Drinks are very expensive. Go to the supermarket and take with you. Resturants charge 35 (£3.50) for tap water. The playline is a fun way to get children walking to each place. Everything is within a 30min walk. Free WiFi in legoland and lalandia. Resturants in town are really not worth the money. The family buffet in legoland was worth the money. Amazing food, free drinks and coffee and ice cream. Lalandia have evening entertainment, so if you are staying in a basic room. I reccomend going there in the evening. You can get a decent meal, soft play is open till 9.30pm (£6 pp) bowling, mini golf, rock-climbing, alpine coaster, singers and stage entertainment.
One of the best places to start driving on the other side of the road. LEGO House and LEGO Park theres was so much to do and for all ages, we were only there for a few days but planning to go back shortly.
We stayed here one night as we were flying out from Billund. We went on a cruise from Kiel, Germany. From Billund Airport we took a Bus to Kolding then train from Kolding to Kiel. The hotel was a nice place walking distance to the terminal for departure. Billund is expensive since Legoland is there.
