Even though my flight was canceled and I was not able to stay here, the staff was amazing at ensuring I was properly compensated. They were super helpful and accommodating.

We were able to return our rental car the evening before our flight and take the shuttle to and from the property.

The countryside setting and close location to Bristol Airport was perfect for what we wanted on our stay. We had the en-suite double room and loved the way it has been renovated with its modern and clean look. it was spotlessly clean and a lot of attention to detail thought out by Karen & Larry. Larry spent a lot of his time providing directions and explaining everything we needed to know on our arrival. Google maps is pretty spot on to get there as well. In all deserves the high rating on Booking.com, we will most definitely be returning customers. wishing K&L all the best as they so deserve.
