The staff is very friendly and they work hard to keep the beach clean. The huts are clean and comfortable. Some of the days the fisherman fish right in front of the hotel. Which brings the fish straight from the ocean to your plate. The best thing was that Alfred took us to his village Watublapi to see the cultural festival in which they pass on the there culture to the next generation.

We did scuba diving there as well, with the help of Jordan, owner of Santai Diver Maumere. Both Hendrik and Jordan are very professional and nice people. Highly recommend!!!!!! Restaurant in The cottages is also very good, with proper order. The staff are super nice including mr Aldi. 10 stars!

The property is located right alongside a river with stunning views of greenery all around, it’s a charming block of land also near a local bridge good to watch life go by. It’s such a unique property with a sizeable bedroom and cool semi outdoor bathroom. The owner is such a gentleman he really made sure we were looked after and was very hospitable. Great local knowledge and was able to organise tours for us. Thank you Jhon we’ll definitely stay again!
