The room was spacious and very authentic in this old house. This was the start of our stays and we got a lot of great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Definitely one of the many highlights of our trip!

Located in Mitsuhama, 2.1 km from Minatomishimadaimyo Shrine, 三津ミーツ provides air-conditioned rooms and a shared lounge. Nice small well orgznized ryokan with tatami setup at the room. Nice quiet neighbourhood, with access to many nearby groceries like Lamu which operate 24hrs, and many other restaurants. Closer to the harbor seaside with short walking distance. The owner is really a nice lady which provided us lots of guidance to explore the nearby attraction places. Will certainly visit this place for a longer period in the near future!

Hotel Fine Garden Matsuyama ligger 5 minutter med taxa fra JR Mitsuhama Station og 10 minutters kørsel fra Matsuyama Slot. Big room. Very spacious and value for money. But do note that is good only if you drive. There is basically nothing around the hotel. Breakfast was a big portion.

Set 2.1 km from Minatomishimadaimyo Shrine and 3.9 km from Taisanji Temple in Matsuyama, 旧鈴木邸 女性専用 offers accommodation with a kitchenette. The old resident house was built in the early 1900s and has been very well maintained. Our hosts were so lovely and very generous! They welcomed us with small gifts and a map to show us the best sites to see. Location is very easily accessible by train.

Hotel Sunroute Matsuyama ligger blot 3 minutters gang fra JR Matsuyama Station og 10 minutter med sporvogn fra Matsuyama Slot. Hotellet ligger 15 minutters kørsel fra Matsuyama Lufthavn. Location is great. It is about a block from the JR train station and local train (Iyotetsu). The facilities were clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Considering this is a small city that probably doesn't get a lot of foreign tourists, there was some English language support.

Free bicycle rentals before and after checkout. Friendly and hard working staff. Also, it's basically a one minute walk from the entrance of Matsuyama station.
