Everything was wonderful. This is my second stay at Bossa Nova Beirut and it couldn’t have been better. From the tasteful design of the building and the rooms with their catchy themes, to the location, the breakfast, which included a hearty traditional Lebanese breakfast that set us up for the day, to the wonderful staff who was always warm, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help and support. The Bossa Nova truly defined customer service excellence. A special shoutout to Rita, who always greeted us with a big, warm, smile and whose cheerful and lively personality always managed to put a smile on our faces 😊.

El The Smallville Hotel, ubicado en el barrio residencial de Badaro, es el único hotel de diseño urbano que ofrece estadías cortas o prolongadas de negocios y otros estilos. I love everything from the location, which gave me quick access to different parts of the city. I loved my room which had a balcony, so I could sit out there and chill in the evenings. I loved that there was always a movie playing in the lift so you could watch something whilst making your journey up and down in the lift. Most of all, I loved the staff who were always available to help with changing currency, providing me with directions and just generally being there for me. I'd especially like to give a big shout out to the front office team, Terry, Selim, Barri, and Romy, for all their help during my stay. They were never too busy to stop and ask how my day was going or if they could help me with anything. A fantastic team indeed!

El Padova Hotel, de 4 estrellas, está situado en el distrito de negocios de Sin El Fil, a tan solo 10 minutos en auto del aeropuerto de Beirut. The hotel is very nice, not the first time staying there and enjoying the place. The staff is very welcoming and always ready to help, the breakfast is nice, they made Lebanese coffee for me. The room is spacious and quiet. The location is nice, there is always place to park.
