From the tasteful design of the building and the rooms with their catchy themes, to the location, the breakfast, which included a hearty traditional Lebanese breakfast that set us up for the day, to the wonderful staff who was always warm, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help and support. The Bossa Nova truly defined customer service excellence. A special shoutout to Rita, who always greeted us with a big, warm, smile and whose cheerful and lively personality always managed to put a smile on our faces 😊.

The hotel is very nice, not the first time staying there and enjoying the place. The staff is very welcoming and always ready to help, the breakfast is nice, they made Lebanese coffee for me. The room is spacious and quiet. The location is nice, there is always place to park.
