The room had a heater since that part of Peru can become chilly.

The lady on the front desk was really friendly and super helpful. We were really grateful to her getting us a taxi to Puno during the political unrest. The room was really spacious, beds were comfortable and there was always someone at the front desk.

Reasonably clean hotel and staff were attentive. Secure parking was provided for the car close by. Breakfast was OK. Most facilities worked as they should have. Place is very secure. The staff - it was a guy at the reception when we arrived - was super helpful! He helped us order food, recommend restaurant, gave us all the info we needed, booked us a taxi for the airport the next day. Great guy, although he didn't speak English! The room was very clean. I think the hotel is new or newly refurbished, because all the stuff in the room was clearly brand new. Super comfy bed, hot water, Netflix & other streaming platforms. For us it was the perfect restful night after an intense tour on lake Titicaca.
