The bathroom was very clean and it had warm water. The AC worked perfectly and so did the mini-fridge. I had no problems whatsoever, everything was exceptional. The staff were very kind and helpful in finding me transport during my stay. I really appreciated that a lot! Bless them! Thank you!

The property meets my expectation and as per the description mentioned. The staff was also very friendly and room service was also very good and responsive. We did the late checkout and had to cancel our other night. Although our booking was non cancellable, the manager values customer relationships and refunds us the whole amount and also did not charge us for the late checkout.
