Enjoy complimentary WiFi and multiple eateries at this Aloft hotel near LaGuardia Airport. Its location for Airport / Manhattan transfer perfect . The hotel was staffed by helpful professional staff and the room had absolutely every facility and feature required for an overnight traveller . The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceedingly quiet . Will definitely stay there again .

Queens/Long Island City on edullisempi...
Queens/Long Island City on edullisempi majoittumisvaihtoehto kuin Manhattan. Valitsemalla majapaikka läheltä metrolinjoja Manhattanille ja nähtävyyksien äärelle pääsee tosi kätevästi.

Hotelli oli lähellä JFK:n lentokenttää ja tämä olikin varauksemme suurin syy. Huone oli nuhruinen ja jotenkin epäsiisti yleisilmeeltään.

Nettisivuilla on edelleen maininta aamiaisesta, mutta...
Nettisivuilla on edelleen maininta aamiaisesta, mutta hotellilla ei ole enää keittiötä, joten siellä ei ole aamiais tai lounas mahdollisuutta. Jouduimme odottamaan klo 17 asti jotta saimme huoneen. Huoneen varusteissa oli vajausta, mutta täyttöä sai helposti pyytämällä. Siivous pyydettiin erikseen, jos sitä halusi. Aluslakanat olivat liian pienet, ne eivät pysyneet paikoillaan, vaan joka aamu ne olivat irti ja niitä piti korjailla. Muuten sängyt olivat hyvät. Tyynyt voisi päivittää. Hotellista oli hyvät yhteydet keskustaan. Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta Vessasta puuttuivat pyyhetelineet Vanhasta paperitehtaasta oli hienosti jätetty näkyville betonilattiat ja pylväät. Voin lämpimästi suositella tätä majoituspaikkaa, niin perheille kuin sinkuillekin.

Hotelli sijaitsee turvallisella alueella. Queens on laaja josta löytyy monenlaisia alueita. Tarpeeksi lähellä Manhattania.

Queens oli todella kiva.
Queens oli todella kiva. East riverin ranta on aivan huippu kävelyyn tai juoksuun ja sieltä on loistavat maisemat Manhattanille. Metromatka 7 junalla Queensissta Manhattanille oli maisemiltaan huikea. Queensissä on paljon kivoja ravintoloita ja siellä on turvallisen oloista.
