The room was very clean and contains everything we need. There're entertainment room, gym and laudry, common areas as well. We had a lot of fun in the gym and we even played ping-pong. Amazing experience!

Everything about this place is amazing. Especially front desk staff Mr Peter Snyder. Peter welcomed us like family. He made our stay in Ottawa memorable. He is the most friendliest staff we have come across. He is genuinely accommodating. What an amazing personality for hospitality. I hope the hotel looks after him well and respectfully as a highly valued staff as the staff makes the hotel and the stay. The most comfortable king size bed and huge room with kitchen and huge bathtub. The location is so convenient to everything, walking distance to all attraction and canal etc. The hotel also provides breakfast packs for everyone to take away. How amazing is that. Also free laundry detergent and laundry services (heavy duty washers and dryers on 4th floor). 30 mins cycle for each. We had the most wonderful stay here. Thank you Peter. The staff there provides exceptional service. The place has parking and is dog friendly, they literally say dogs are allowed to do everything they want there 😀 They have their own bar! And the party root top promised to be very entertaining with a few jacuzzi dogs playground drinks.

Location is perfect for downtown Ottawa - 10 minutes' walk to Parliament Hill to all the action. The contactless check in is easy to do and parking very convenient. The toiletries are good quality, Aveda. Bed super comfy in my opinion. Concierge service great - reactive and helpful.

Les Suites Hotel Ottawa is well located to all the sites, the staff is friendly and helpful and we had a lovely, clean and spacious room with a good view.

We liked everything. Room, staff, and location. Very convenient was the 2 minutes walk to the business square with very nice restaurants (for any budget - breakfast, lunch, and / or dinner) , pharmacy and Dollarama ( for small things you might forgot or need) . There is a Garage (clothing store) Body Shop store, Tommy Hilfiger etc. as well. There is a bus stop right in front of the entrance . Parking is secure and costs only $5 per night which is easy to pay through an app. Anything we wanted to see (Parliament Hill, Museum of Nature, Museum of Science and Technology etc.) were just 10-15 minutes away - driving in and around Ottawa is smooth and easy. Even if you want to go to the Quebec (French) side it was easy with no hassle. We can recommend it very highly. For anyone who gave this a negative review, grow up and be less a review-Karen.

I stayed this residence during Ottawa Race Weekend for my marathon. Pretty close to the city hall (2.5km) and they have their own parking lots ($15 / day). There are two bedrooms / microwave / fridge and they offered a late checkout for runners on the race day. It was a nice experience and recommend for a short trip in Ottawa.
