Well everything went so good. First the premices are very modern, the room is specious, the kitchen is very well furnished with everything you need, it even has a dishwasher. We stayed there during 8 nights and the first two days we had a very noisy neighboor and the guys at the reception managed to give us a very quiet room upstairs. More than the modern and well furnished hotel it was the client support that made our stay ther just perfect. Btw, you manage everything via an application (from checkin to door locks to discussing with customer support,...). There 's a paying washing machine in every level of the hotel, you can pick up amenties from a drawer at the reception (paper toilet, tissue, soap, dish sponge,...), they have a free lugguage locker with a code (suits all kind of suitcases and backpacks), a big and excellent gym in the first floor, lounge rooms in both ground floor and 1st floor with desks, sofas, TV, and a parking (managed by a third party and costs 20 CAD/night based on a first come first served principle). The area of the hotel has a a lot of groceries, restaurants, even Staples is like 2 min walking distance max ! All in all, the experience was just perfect !

Everything about this place is amazing. Especially front desk staff Mr Peter Snyder. Peter welcomed us like family. He made our stay in Ottawa memorable. He is the most friendliest staff we have come across. He is genuinely accommodating. What an amazing personality for hospitality. I hope the hotel looks after him well and respectfully as a highly valued staff as the staff makes the hotel and the stay. The most comfortable king size bed and huge room with kitchen and huge bathtub. The location is so convenient to everything, walking distance to all attraction and canal etc. The hotel also provides breakfast packs for everyone to take away. How amazing is that. Also free laundry detergent and laundry services (heavy duty washers and dryers on 4th floor). 30 mins cycle for each. We had the most wonderful stay here. Thank you Peter. The staff there provides exceptional service. The place has parking and is dog friendly, they literally say dogs are allowed to do everything they want there 😀 They have their own bar! And the party root top promised to be very entertaining with a few jacuzzi dogs playground drinks.

we appreciated the first floor patio. it was easy for us to go out with our bikes. we also liked that we could bring our bikes in. kitchen was great. very roomy. fantastic location. would stay here again!!!!

I stayed this residence during Ottawa Race Weekend for my marathon. Pretty close to the city hall (2.5km) and they have their own parking lots ($15 / day). There are two bedrooms / microwave / fridge and they offered a late checkout for runners on the race day. It was a nice experience and recommend for a short trip in Ottawa.
