Perfect apartment (except for the bathtub in the middle of the living room [sic], and the Wifi sucks) Great location, kind and entertaining staff - especially Mathias - good restaurants and supermarket (Bip Bip), perfect location and Great square to look at. All in all the best hotel not only in Mallorca but in all of Spain. We will come again.

The apartment / studio was very nice, clean and fresh. We found all we need in the kitchen, bathroom and generally it was very good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade for duplex studio, which was an amazing surprise. We used hotel's parking for our rented car, which is critical for a hotel in the downtown. The staff also agreed to keep the car and luggage until 5 pm on the day of check-out, which gave us extra time to enjoy Palma de Majorca. The hotel had a pool which is very nice when staying with children. Air conditioning is excellent and proves to be very important during hot days. Beds are very comfortable and there was no problem with TV or wi-fi. I would surely recommend this facility to all.

Great location - within walking distance to everything - Port, Old City, Market, Restaurants and bars. Friendly and helpful staff. Elevator for upper floors. They even had beach towels and a Para-Sol to borrow.

Easy check in. Katya met us at the beautiful modern apartment and explained how to use the washing machine and oven etc. The location couldn’t have been better. It was very central to restaurants and the well equipped grocery store is literally across the street. Despite being so close to the hub of things it was very quiet. The apartment has everything you need and shopping is 5-10 minutes away.

The lady who welcomed us and gave us the keys was really nice, she told us how to get to the beach and what to see. The apartament was really big and the balcony had a view for the sea. It's located really close to the beach. Also the contact with the staff during the stay was very quick via WhatsApp. Hotel has a very big rooftop with outstanding view and common area on the groundfloor.
