The rooms are perfect - we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable. Dimitris is a very friendly person. Special thanks to him for driving us to the town. If we come to Zakynthos again, we will stay at Ilaeira rooms.

Located 500 metres from the beach of Argassi in Zakynthos, the family-run Denise Studios and Apartments offers a swimming pool.

The place is perfectly located close enough to walk to everything but also far enough not to have to worry about all the noise on the main road. Everything is in walking distance: grocery stores, places to eat, the beach, pharmacy, mini golf course and so on. The host is very welcoming and will help with anything you ask without intruding. The bed rooms have AC units but we didn’t really use them at the begging of June as the weather at night was simply perfect.

The hotel was very clean modern and is exactly as advertised on booking.com. Thanos the bar man makes the best cocktails you will ever drink. Thanos in particular made our stay extra special.

A small block of 6 apartments with a lovely pool area , which for most of the day we had to ourselves, the whole area was clean and tidy .the pool was the main reason we chose this apartment over others. Nice spacious room with a kitchenette, which was supplied with everything that you would need . The owner/manager nicoletta was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely return

1. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind; 2. The breakfast was excellent; 3. Location is great; 4. Facilities are nice, swimming pool is in great condition; 5. We had the taxi trip compensated by the hotel, which was a very pleasant surprise.

The room was absolutely clean and cosy, as well as the swimming pool (which was cleaned every single day). Also, the hotel is situated in a very tranquil and peaceful area (during the night the area is completely silent) and the hotel owner was friendly and willing to serve us in our every request. The hotel is ideal for couples and families.
