This has been one of the best stays we have ever had. When we travel to Europe, I always look for places with top top reviews. I now understand why Sorrento Flats has 10 out of 10. Luigi is such a wonderful and caring host, he arranged a taxi driver to pick us up from Napoli Centrale, he took care of every single detail during our stay, every need we had, besides giving us daily suggestions for places to go, to eat, things to do on rainny days, lend us an umbrella, etc. My husband and I felt like if we were in a friend or a relative's house. Fernanda (Luigi's mom) baked these delicious pastries for breakfast.and Cira was so sweet and caring to prepare great capuccinos for us each morning We truly felt sad to leave this place and everyone's hospitality. We will definitely come back!!! Thank you Luigi for all you did for us. You are a fantastic hidden gem in Sorrento!!! Greetings to your mom and Cira. May God bless you abbundantly!!! MUST STAY in Sorrento! Highlight of our trip to Italy. Beautiful property with the kindest staff. You truly feel the love and warmth the mother-daughter duo put into every detail. The owners truly went above and beyond. We were unable to find a cab at 7 am and they drove us in their car out of the kindness of their hearts so that we would not miss our ferry to Naples and subsequent flight. Cannot recommend enough!

Book without thinking twice. Best location and the best view. Perfectly situated between the bay and the main town. Every place in sorrento is within 10 mins of walking. Plus guiseppe the host was super helpful. He helped us book a very nice and affordable cab both ways from Naples. And was always ready to help. Breakfast was the cherry on top. Overall delightful

We loved this place, really comfortable room with a lot of space, we could walk to the center of town and having a pool at the end of the day was terrific.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel provides a free shuttle to city center with flexible time. Also their breakfast so fresh.
