The lady meeting us at the reception was extremely supportive and exceeded our expectations by giving us all information we needed including lake boats timetable, best restaurants in the neighborhood even discount card for the grocery next door. The host's hospitality added a personal touch that made our trip memorable. The view and location was our favourite - with a beautiful short walk down to Stresa. Our stay at the Stresa Residence was simply, magical! We attended a wedding in Stresa and opted for a property rental rather than a hotel. We are SO glad we did. We had the best time ever. The property was in such an amazing location- central to everything. There was a grocery store 2 minutes up the road. We were able to get to the water in just a few minutes, too. The balcony was such a plus. It was so amazing to sit on the balcony, enjoy a glass of wine, and have such great views of everyone strolling through the shops and streets below. The host, Giuliano was helpful and so kind. He helped us with busing information since we had a hard time communicating in Italian. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious. It was evident that the property owners have pride in their property. HUGE bathroom, closet and the "Murphy Bed" was so comfortable! We liked being able to put the bed up to have more space during the day. The little kitchen was perfect for cooling meals, too! We hope to be back one day!

It my second stay in this apartment hotel and I am anticipating the third one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is renovated and very clean. All the cutlery, plates, casseroles are brand new. The double bed is very comfortable. Secured parking place is included in the cost of the apartment. The beach is just 3 min walk from the apartment; if you stay in the hotel, the beach is straight there. The location of the hotel is excellent because it is situated on the quite street but literally five minutes walk from the center with cafes, shops, restaurants and touristic attractions.

The apartment is really big for family with double bed, sofa bed, kitchen n baby cot. Baby has a lot of space to crawl. Location is beautiful. I would again like to visit the place and stay in same place.
