We couldn't have confirmed the itinerary till the last minutes due to de Covid-19 matter, but each time we send them the messages they responded quickly and kindly, so even before the visit we assured that the staying in Villa Akumal would be the best choice and definitely it was true. The location right in front of the Ocean is fantastic and the receptionist Liz has been so helpful that the staying in this Villa made our travel very precious and confortable. The villa was clean and spacious, and like the tap situated in the balcony to wash away sand from the beach, the details there were very much considered and we like them a lot. COVID関係で滞在直前まで予約を確定できず、また帰りのPCRテストなどについても相談すると、回答は迅速でとても真摯に対応してくれて、滞在前からこの施設が信頼できる素晴らしい場所であることが予想でき、まさにその通りだった。スタッフはみんな親切で、ビーチにほんの数歩で出て行ける部屋のロケーションも最高だった。またビーチから部屋のテラスに入るところに足洗い用の蛇口があったり、細かな配慮が行き届いていて快適だった。

We were on a driving tour of eastern Mexico and this was our last stop. Beds were the most comfortable on our trip, staff was kind and attentive and it was super cute. We only stayed one night but will come back and stay a week next year.

My son and I loved everything about this place! Very clean, excellent wifi, the pools were fabulous, very tranquil jungle vibes. The owners and staff went above and beyond for us, and my son even cried when we left. We are three days into a different place in a new part of Mexico, and he's still asking to go back to see Dana and John. We will be back. We miss you already.

The property is located right on the beach with a restaurant called the turtle hatchery next-door. It was beautiful walking in the morning and watching the sunrise. The staff was second to none. Everyone was genuinely friendly. Tony, the owners son appears to be taking care of the place, and is naturally friendly, courteous, and sincerely wants people to enjoy themselves. You might run into strangers that are just as friendly but no one is friendlier.

We loved all the plants and wildlife at Santaurio Jungle. Onsite there are several private cenotes, although at present I'd say these are more for viewing rather than swimming in (it probably is possible to swim we just weren't brave enough). We had an encounter with spider monkeys on our first morning which really made our decision to stay here worthwhile. The rooms are massive with a lovely bathroom.

This accommodation is absolutely perfect! Very clean, seems to be quite new. Our host was soo kind. He was ready to help us with everything. Location is good - just a few minutes from Akumal Beach where you can snorkling with turtles. 30 min from Tulum, 30 min from Playa Del Carmen. This accomodation is in kind a private area where we felt safe. I can definately recomend Solmare.

Juan is an excelent host, he cooks delicious breakfast. Big room, balcony. There is a cute maya dog.
