Lovely location that’s very close to lots of restaurants and the lido. We stayed for New Years and the view of the fireworks from the balcony was out of this world. But the best thing about the property is the host Sarah, she’s such fun and was so easy to communicate with during our stay.

- Very helpful hosts, who oriented me to the city and its bus system, arranged a taxi at a short notice and even gave me a lift to the aerobus shuttle stop. Thank you Joel and Bruno! - Location a short bus ride away from Funchal city centre (buses #4, 8 and 45 stop nearby). Praia Formosa and Madeira Shopping Forum are within 30 min walk (involves some uphill walk on the way back) - Gorgeous sea view from the room and the terrace (the upside of being on a hill!) - Twin Room as shown on picture, has a kitchentte with stovetop and cooking utensils

The staff. I think the name of the guy in the reception was named Hugo. He was excelent, and the welcome we got from Vera at the breakfast was also very Good. The location was also really Good. We brought an 8 months old baby and there was no problem getting around.
