The hotel also has many stairs, so if you have someone older or with mobility issues, it's advisable to request in advance to stay in the chalets closest to the reception. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. We had a 3-night stay, and each day when we returned to the room, it had been cleaned, beds made, and towels replaced. I'm not sure if the pool is heated, but the water was always warm, perfect for those sensitive to the cold ;)
