I came into Edmonton for an event, which I almost missed as there were some issues with my reservation, so it was back and forth with a fellow who was very hard to understand, and who said multiple times that he would check with the 'team' and call me back, which he never did. I ended up waiting outside the apartment for 2 hours for him, and then had to find another place to stay, was not refunded any of my full prepayment.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, but the duvet could use a little upgrade. The fireplace brings a nice vibe, complementing the mountain view. The underground parking was great to have. Grace, the host was very friendly and responsive to our questions.

Absolutely perfect for our stay. I wish we had booked it for longer. The apartment had everything we needed plus more. The view was just beautiful and we were lucky enough to have had a herd of elk grazing morning and night on the lawn outside the balcony. Would definitely stay here again 😁
