I ended up waiting outside the apartment for 2 hours for him, and then had to find another place to stay, was not refunded any of my full prepayment.

I wish we had booked it for longer. The apartment had everything we needed plus more. The view was just beautiful and we were lucky enough to have had a herd of elk grazing morning and night on the lawn outside the balcony. Would definitely stay here again 😁
