It was an excellent suite with everything you could want. Wish we could have stayed longer and there were such good places with such good value all along the route

I came into Edmonton for an event, which I almost missed as there were some issues with my reservation, so it was back and forth with a fellow who was very hard to understand, and who said multiple times that he would check with the 'team' and call me back, which he never did. I ended up waiting outside the apartment for 2 hours for him, and then had to find another place to stay, was not refunded any of my full prepayment.
