The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. Everything! The service is beyond expectation. Staffs are very helpful. I definitely choose this place again if I came back to Nice.

Every little detail was exceptional and well taken care of. I enjoyed the whole stay along with the professional smiley welcoming of Mrs Farida, the lady in charge of the residence. At the aparthotel, all units come with bed linen and towels. The location was amazing, as was the quality of the property. You could see the hosts had a huge investment in the property and in making you feel welcome and at home. A very unique and special place and the best we have stayed in. It was like a movie set with the best view of the St Paul de Vence hills and walled village.

Cannes is 68 km from the property. Free WiFi is featured and free private parking is available on site. Pool was heated to a nice temperature and the staff at the Golf Club was very kind.

Located 150 metres from the beach and 2.5 km from Sainte Maxime Centre, Villa Cote d’Asoet offers a seasonal heated swimming pool in its garden and a terrace. The accommodations are decorated in a modern and elegant style. Everything here is beautiful and very good location. The owners Monique and Leon were the best hosts ever.

A microwave and fridge are standard facilities in the kitchenette. Wonderful place , owners very helpful , you walk out of the garden with the pool and immediately the beach , definitely recommend ‼️‼️
